Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Reverie Box candle. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.


How to start a return or exchange

Email us at reveriebox@reverieboxcandleco.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Please don't ship anything back without an RMA number, we won't be able to process returns without one.


Returns

Candles must be unused and in their original condition with packaging intact. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (we recommend using a trackable method). After we receive and inspect your return, and approve the refund, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once it's complete.


Exchanges

We're happy to exchange unused candles for a different scent. Shipping costs for exchanges (both ways) are the responsibility of the customer. If you're unsure about keeping your candle, remember they make beautiful gifts!


Important Notes

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable

We cannot replace missing or stolen packages, please file a claim with the carrier (USPS)

Reverie Box Candle Co. is not responsible for damage that occurs after delivery

Keep all original packaging materials for returns

 

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our candles. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost to you.


To request a replacement for damaged goods

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at reveriebox@reverieboxcandleco.com

Provide photos of: (1) the damaged item, (2) the packaging materials, and (3) the shipping label

Keep all original packaging materials

Once we review your claim, we will send you a replacement if the damage is confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse replacements if we believe items were intentionally damaged. Only the exact items from your original purchase can be replaced.
