Reverie Box Candle Co. offers free shipping on all orders within the continental United States.
Shipping Details
Reverie Box Candle Co. only ships within the continental US at this time (lower 48 only) via USPS. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are received at your location; please ensure your orders are delivered to a safe location.
Once the package has left our studio, we are not responsible for shipping delays, nor will we issue refunds due to delays on the carrier's end. We do not have control over how quickly your package is processed/scanned and delivered by the shipping carrier.
However, we always want to make sure you receive the order that you paid for, so please contact us at reveriebox@reverieboxcandleco.com if you ever have any concerns with the status of your order.
Incorrect Address
Reverie Box Candle Co. is not responsible for incorrectly shipped orders if the wrong address is provided. If you provide the wrong address and need to change it after shipment, you will be charged a $10 reshipment fee.
If you notice that your address is incorrect after the order has already been placed, please email me immediately at reveriebox@reverieboxcandleco.com so I can get it before shipping your order.
Processing Time
Once an order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days for processing before your order ships. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday only, excluding holidays.
Most domestic orders arrive within 4-6 business days after shipment. We do our best to meet these estimates but cannot guarantee them, as actual delivery times depend on the postal service.
Extreme Temperatures
We do not ship in extreme temperatures. Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for orders left sitting on your front porch or mailbox. Please keep your order from extreme weather.
