Complimentary Shipping
Reverie Box Candle Co. offers complimentary shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States (lower 48 only). International shipping rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping Details
We ship domestic orders via USPS and utilize reliable international carriers for our European deliveries. Once your package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen items. Please ensure your delivery address provides a secure location for drop-offs.
Once a package departs our studio, we cannot be held responsible for carrier delays, nor do we issue refunds for transit setbacks. While we do not control carrier processing and delivery times, your satisfaction matters to us. If you have any concerns regarding the status of your order, please reach out to us at reveriebox@reverieboxcandleco.com.
Incorrect Address
Reverie Box Candle Co. fulfills and ships orders exactly as they are entered at checkout. We are unable to guarantee delivery or provide refunds for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice a discrepancy or an error in your shipping address after completing your order, please contact us immediately at reveriebox@reverieboxcandleco.com.
We are happy to correct your details as long as your package has not yet departed our studio. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, address modifications cannot be accommodated.
Processing & Transit Times
Please allow 1-3 business days for processing before shipment. Orders are prepared and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Many domestic orders arrive within 4 to 6 business days after leaving our studio. We make every effort to meet these estimates, but actual delivery windows depend entirely on the postal service.
Extreme Temperatures
We do not ship during extreme weather conditions. Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for packages left exposed on front porches or in mailboxes. Please monitor your tracking information closely to protect your order from extreme heat or cold.
